About Soliance
Soliance is part of Givaudan SA, the leading company in the flavour and fragrance industry that develops unique and innovative fragrance and flavour creations for its customers around the world.Soliance has joined the Fragrance Division to largely complement the cosmetic actives ingredients portfolio as well as the research and development capabilities.
Soliance was founded in 1994. With 15 years of historical optimized expertise, itthen becomepart of ARD (Agro-Industry Research and Development), a state-of-the-art research centre for extracting, analysing and valorising plant material. Its development of cosmetic ingredients based on microorganisms and molecules produced by biotechnology (including fermentation).
Besides, Soliance also one of the first producers of hyaluronic acid (HA), dihydroxyacetone (DHA) andsophoroses of lipids patented polysaccharides obtained from renewable natural resources (glucose & sugar syrup).

Cosmetagora Formulation Competition during March 2015
Cosmetagora is a trade show organised by the French Society of Cosmetology (SFC) and held from 13 – 14 January 2015. Soliance (Givaudan) took third place with its innovative product concept.
Europe Cosmetics Innovation Prize in 2014
Givaudan took home the top prize in the Actives category. Its neurophroline product developed through the acquired Soliance and Induchem businesses.
Best Ingredient Awards winners @ in-cosmetics 2016
In 2016, Givaudan (Soliance – Induchem) scooped the Gold awards for their Active and Functional ingredients in the innovation Zone Best Ingredient Awards at in-cosmetics 2016 in Paris.
